Polyethylene

J&S Packaging is a Tier 1 Sealed Air Partner that offers both laminate and EHTAFOAM™ extruded PE options. PE foam is one of our most versatile and cost-effective cushioning solutions. We stock a variety of colors and densities so we can provide a quick turnaround time on PE foam orders. We can also provide rapid prototyping for PE foam solutions in conjunction with our Drop Test Modeling software, so we provide the perfect solution to you, the first time!

Polyurethane

J&S Packaging is a full-service converter for PU foam products. We stock up 10 different varieties of PU foam in our warehouse and have access to over 50 varieties of PU foam. Whatever your PU foam needs are, we have a solution.

Crosslinked Polyethylene

Crosslinked PE foam or XLPE is a non-abrasive foam rated for class A surfaces. J&S Packaging is able to provide custom designed XLPE solutions for your business. We work with automotive, military, medical, and advertising industries that require XLPE foam.

BEADED FOAM (EPS, EPE, EPP)

J&S Packaging can provide a number of packaging solutions using beaded foams. We supply Expanded Polystyrene Foam (EPS), Expanded Polyethylene Foam (EPE), and Expanded Polypropylene Foam (EPP) to our customers based on their needs. CASE FOAM SOLUTIONS

J&S Packaging has the ability to fabricate custom case foam solutions in a variety of foam types, tailored to your case foam application. CARDBOARD Corrugated

J&S Packaging is a custom corrugated solution provider. Our corrugated products are designed and prototyped in house to provide you with the perfect solution for your shipping needs. Whether it’s an RSC or a custom die cut, we can provide what you need. Combined with our custom foam solutions, we can design your packaging to maximize packaging protection, while minimizing cost. We’re also very comfortable designing foam and corrugated that work together without glue so that the two products can be separated after use for optimum recyclability.

PLASTIC Corrugated

J&S Packaging is a full spectrum designer and converter of plastic corrugated packaging. We specialize in the design and fabrication of a number of returnable packaging solutions, and we can integrate the foam dunnage right into the solution for you.

psa adhesive

J&S Packaging has the ability to apply pressure sensitive adhesive tapes to foam, or pressure sensitive adhesive hot melt glue to foam, depending on customer needs. Let us help you with your foam gasket requirements or your custom case insert requirements by adding the PSA adhesive you need right to the foam.

Most foam fabricators will focus solely on providing foam solutions and you end up with a box full of foam.
